Ways of Wa/onderment Practices of Devotional Attention & Queer Fluidity
</aside>
Hey ya’ll, I’m Ro Rose. I make playful, body-led experiences where attention becomes practice: in writing, classrooms, ritual spaces, conversations, erotic encounters, and the shared tending of weaving culture together.
Wa/onderment carries a little of the spirit of coddiwompling: moving purposefully in a chosen direction while the destination remains unknown. It makes room for awe, uncertainty, play, and the next felt step.
Devotional Attention is the umbrella for my writing: lyrical somatic prose, performed micro memoir, embodied ritual, meditations, Sacred Smut, spoken storytelling, and whatever forms I find myself braiding.
The work follows encounters before philosophy and treats curiosity as a form of accompaniment.
Begin with Becoming Unrecognizable, then wander among practices for meeting change, eros, grief, identity, and the creative force of not knowing.
An altar of erotic writing where body, eros, memory, imagination, and attention become offerings.

Queerly Fluid follows eros as the pulse of aliveness moving through bodies, relationships, creative practice, gender, scars, consent, kink, ritual, and touch.
Within, you’ll find Erotic Stewardship, Queering Scar Care, Somatic Gendering, Erotic Bodywork, gender-unruly embodiment, and practical resources for people ready to practice rather than only explain.
Practices of aliveness, desire, refusal, consent, sensuality, kink, ritual, imagination, and power.

Surgical and erotic scars approached through tissue, sensation, grief, pleasure, agency, ritual, and changing relationship.
A place to discover what kind of touch you want and practice asking for it. Availability is intentionally limited.
This photograph took five people, many hours of planning, a purple-pearlescent jacket + sequinned X pasties, and a small weather system of bubbles to make.
I build elaborate conditions for aliveness. Sometimes that means many spinning plates, so one moment of ungovernable delight may exist!
The joy is real. So is the care and craftsmanship that made room for it.
I am playful by devotion and Plutonian by nature. I thrive in air filled with glitter and earth full of decay. I follow questions through writing, ritual, teaching, touch, and whatever strange form asks to be woven next.
The histories, lineages, and credentials are waiting further in.
I facilitate workshops, talks, circles, journeys, interviews, and collaborative experiments. I am especially interested in teaching teachers: supporting facilitators, practitioners, educators, and culture makers to become more responsive, playful, and precise in how they hold bodies, stories, power, and difference.
